Scope Lock
- •ONE improvement only — no multiple fixes in one purchase
- •No migrations or stack rebuilds
- •No long trainings or change management programs
- •Focus: Install one behavior + instruction layer in your existing tools
What You Receive
- •15–30 minute kickoff call
- •One leverage correction selected and implemented
- •One real test scenario run to validate the improvement
- •Walkthrough + "how to run it" note for your team
Claims Honesty
- •We deliver: Implementation of one improvement
- •We do NOT promise: Revenue gains, full transformation, or outcome guarantees
- •We do NOT provide: Legal advice, compliance guarantees, or security audits
- •Results depend on team adoption and execution of the delivered patterns
Delivery Window
- •"48 hours" begins after: Payment confirmed + Intake submitted + Kickoff call completed
- •Delivery includes: The improvement installed in your tools + walkthrough delivered
- •Clock pauses for: Client delays (e.g., tool access not granted, unresponsive contact)
- •Typical timeline: Kickoff → 48 hours → Handoff complete
Delivery-Based Guarantee
- •You are buying: Delivery of one installed improvement
- •Guarantee scope: The improvement exists, works on one test case, and you can repeat it
- •Not guaranteed: Team adoption, perfect outcomes, or zero follow-up questions
- •Refund eligibility: If we fail to deliver the defined improvement within the 48-hour window (excluding client-caused delays)
Client Responsibilities
- •Provide tool access OR screen-share assistance
- •Designate one point of contact
- •Provide one real example of a recent issue
- •Respond promptly during the 48-hour delivery window
- •Do NOT share production secrets, API keys, or sensitive credentials in intake forms
Limitation of Liability
ALTHEAIGUY provides the 48-Hour SitRep Upgrade on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:
- •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- •Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- •Issues arising from client's failure to adopt delivered improvements
- •Third-party tool failures or downtime
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
