Scope

ALTHEAIGUY offers focused small business AI implementation through the 48-Hour AI Workflow Fix. Each project covers one workflow only.

What You Receive

  • For a 48-Hour AI Workflow Fix: one selected improvement, simple AI instructions, human approval checkpoints, and a short walkthrough.
  • Any work beyond the selected scope requires a separate agreement.

48-Hour Delivery Window

  • The 48-hour window begins after intake is received and any needed kickoff or access is complete.
  • The clock pauses for client delays, missing access, unclear scope, or delayed responses.
  • Delivery means the defined improvement, instructions, or walkthrough is provided. It does not guarantee business results, revenue, or adoption.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate context and one clear point of contact.
  • Do not share secrets, passwords, private client data, or sensitive credentials through intake forms.
  • Review and approve any AI-assisted output before using it in live business operations or public marketing.
  • Use delivered workflows with your own judgment and local compliance needs in mind.

Claims Honesty

The service is practical implementation support. It is not legal advice, a security audit, a compliance guarantee, a revenue guarantee, or a full business transformation program.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ALTHEAIGUY is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
