Scope

ALTHEAIGUY makes AI-assisted business assets and, for larger projects, documents the production method and trains a team to repeat it. Each project has its own agreed scope.

What You Receive

• For a One-Offer Launch: one chosen asset based on one approved offer, with one revision. A Production Workflow Sprint has separate deliverables agreed in writing.
• Any work beyond the selected scope requires a separate agreement.

Delivery Schedule

• The delivery schedule is confirmed after the brief, required materials, and scope are agreed.
• Missing materials, unclear scope, or delayed approvals may change the agreed schedule.
• Delivery means the agreed asset or training materials are provided. Sales, inquiries, production savings, and staff adoption are not guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate context and one clear point of contact.
• Do not share secrets, passwords, private client data, or sensitive credentials through intake forms.
• Review and approve each asset and any repeatable process before using it in live business operations or public marketing.

Claims Honesty

The service provides agreed production and training work. It does not guarantee revenue, audience response, or a particular return on investment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ALTHEAIGUY is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
