- •Tool names (e.g., Linear, Notion, Slack)
- •Description of workflow pain points
- •Examples of recent issues (no sensitive data)
How We Use Information
- •To deliver your 48-Hour SitRep Upgrade
- •To schedule and conduct kickoff calls
- •To implement one improvement in your tools
- •To provide walkthrough and documentation
Data Security
- •Payment processed securely through Stripe
- •Intake forms submitted via Netlify Forms (encrypted)
- •Tool access is temporary and revoked post-delivery
- •No long-term storage of production secrets or credentials
Data Retention
- •Intake responses: Retained for engagement duration + 30 days
- •Tool access credentials: Revoked immediately after handoff
- •Project documentation: Deleted 90 days post-delivery (unless otherwise agreed)
Your Rights
- •Request access to your data at any time
- •Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
- •Revoke tool access immediately if needed
- •Opt out of future communications
